工作職責Job Responsibilities：
      1. 負責印刷包裝產品的實驗室測試工作，包括材料性能測試、印刷質量評估等Responsible for laboratory testing of printing and packaging products, including material performance testing and print quality assessment。
      2. 使用OMM二次元和CMM三次元測量設備對樣品進行充分評估，并獨立進行編程Use OMM two-dimensional and CMM three-dimensional measuring equipment to fully evaluate samples and independently perform programming。
      3. 編制和維護實驗室測試標準操作程序（MSOP），確保測試流程的標準化Develop and maintain laboratory testing standard operating procedures (MSOP) to ensure the standardization of the testing process。
      4. 執行GRR測試，分析測試數據，確保測試結果的準確性和可靠性Conduct GRR tests, analyze test data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results。
      5. 撰寫測試報告，為產品改進和質量控制提供技術支持Write test reports to provide technical support for product improvement and quality control。
      6. 與其他部門合作，解決生產過程中的質量問題Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues during the production process。
      7. 參與實驗室設備的維護和管理Participate in the maintenance and management of laboratory equipment。
      8. 定期更新測試方法和標準，以適應公司發展和客戶需求Regularly update testing methods and standards to adapt to company development and customer needs.

      ? 熟練掌握印刷包裝材料性能測試方法
      ? 熟練使用OMM二次元和CMM三次元測量設備
      ? 能夠獨立編制MSOP（測量標準操作程序）和進行GRR（量具重復性和復現性）實驗
      ? 熟悉國際安全運輸協會的ISTA 2A&3A要求及系列測試標準，具備實驗測試操作經驗.
      ? 英語能夠閱讀和理解英文技術文檔，擬寫輸出英文實驗測試報告
